1. About Us

JN's Biology is a Biology coaching institute based in Cuttack, Odisha, India, owned and operated by Jagatananda Satapathy (sole proprietor), specialising in NEET UG and +2 Biology preparation.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students preparing for NEET and +2 Biology, along with their parents, guardians, and our staff. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Google Sign-In

You may create an account using your email and password, or by signing in with your Google account. When using Google Sign-In:

• You authorise us to receive your Google name, email, and profile picture for authentication.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may revoke Google access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers;
• distribute spam, malware, or harmful content;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute course content or student data without written permission;
• impersonate another student, staff member, or administrator;
• share your student login credentials with others.

5. Course Enrolment & Fees

Course fees, batch schedules, and admission criteria are communicated separately. Enquiries submitted through the website are not binding enrolment agreements. Official enrolment is confirmed only after in-person registration and fee payment. Any refund/cancellation terms will be as communicated at the time of admission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including study materials, blog posts, test papers, illustrations, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of Jagatananda Satapathy / JN's Biology. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific exam results; success depends on the student's own effort and preparation.
• The Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JN's Biology and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
